No Dancing Partner Blues

Those that don’t dance can end up with no partner
Those that don’t dance can end up with no partner
I feel so sad, I might become a gardener

I once had a girl and we danced so close, so close
I once had a girl and we danced so close, so close
Made me so glad when I knew I loved her the mos’

Now I have no partner (and she’s long gone, long gone)
Now I have no partner (and she’s long gone, long gone)
Makes me feel mad that I lost her like she was some pawn

Even though I danced I’ve ended up with no partner
Even though I danced I’ve ended up with no partner
I feel so sad, I might become a gardener

Those that don’t dance can end up with no partner
Those that don’t dance can end up with no partner
So dance with someone or become a gardener
