Margaret Storm Jameson was an English novelist. After her marriage to Guy Chapman, she continued to publish under her name Storm Jameson. She was a member of International PEN, and was active in helping refugee writers from 1939.

International PEN (founded in 1921 in London) is the oldest human rights organization and the oldest worldwide literary organization, according to Wikipedia.
