The Quotidian, November 7, 2010 ~ The Dance of Life

“May your body, mind, spirit and soul become the dance, the dance of life with love, joy and inspiration.” ~ Teodoro Morca

Teodoro Morca is a Spanish Flamenco master performer, educator, coach, choreographer and author. With his wife Isabel Morca he founded the Bellingham Dance Company.

In Boulevard Park, near the memorial bench is a marker stating that Isabel Morca loved to dance at that spot. Boulevard Park is a lovely park on Bellingham Bay with expansive views of water, islands, and the far shore. I am inspired thinking about Isabel dancing at this beautiful spot.

Dedicated to the memory of Isabel Morca (1941 to 1995).
