“Change will not come if we wait for some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.” ~ Barack H. Obama (born August 4, 1961)

Barack Obama isn’t the first person to use this quotation or a variation of this quotation (“We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.”)
For example, in the movie version of Conversations with God (2006), the Neale Donald Walsch character states in a talk before one of his audiences at the beginning of the movie, “We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We always have been.” [personal recollection of the movie, a favorite of mine].
I like the quotation, whether it is from Neale Donald Walsch, Barack Obama, or someone from much earlier.
It is a call for action, and it is a call to action.
How will we answer?
